Shubham Mahajan is a Delhi-based advocate who joined the Bar in 2010. She began her career as a Law Researcher at the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, working with Justices V. K. Jain, Kailash Gambhir and Nazmi Waziri. She has since built a diverse practice across consumer, civil, matrimonial, service and employment matters, as well as RERA.
She is a nominated counsel for the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and serves had served as a Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, CIC, RERA, NCDRC, NGT, Armed Forces Tribunal, Family Courts and District Courts in Delhi, and has experience in both institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations.

- Represented leading banks and financial institutions including Axis Finance Limited, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Indian Bank and National Skill Development Corporation in high-volume litigation and recovery proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and allied banking laws.
- Regularly advised and appeared in arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, including matters under Sections 9, 11 and 21, acting for lenders, financial institutions and private entities.
- Appointed as Nominated Counsel for the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, representing the High Court before District Courts, the Central Information Commission and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in matters where the High Court is impleaded as a party.
- Assisted the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in court-wide procedural reforms relating to standardisation of pleadings and transition to A4-size paper filing, pursuant to judgment dated 4 January 2024 in Karan S. Thukral v. District & Sessions Judge & Ors.
- Completed a tenure of 3 years to be appointed as Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India till September 2025, representing the Union of India, Border Security Force and Central Industrial Security Force before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
